newly single, again

Hi - I am in a Happy/Sad state today as I received a court document today showing that the judge signed off on papers and I am now divorced!! I have been in a deep dark emotional hole for most of this summer, if not most of this year, dealing with the impact of both the impending divorce and my father's death last year (not to mention several other levels of stress and depressing developments) - well, I survived in a manner that aids my ability to be compassionate with others and to recognize that I am recovering from grief, which I have discovered follows the same stages as that of death (denial, anger, bargaining, sadness, & acceptance) - So I am single and desiring to make the world a better place - how about you?
